BARRIE - The Barrie SPCA needs your help.
The shelter is in desperate need of cat toys (no catnip), medium and large KONGS for dogs, peanut butter and Cheese Whiz for stuffing KONGS, blankets, high-efficiency laundry soap, Mr. Clean (no Lysol allowed), and allergy-free dog treats.
